Angry Looking for Help from Shasta Oasis 285BHS owners

I have a 2012 Shasta Oasis 285BHS. I have had a problem with the axles being too narrow and rubbing on the frame. After taking it in for warranty work, it leaves about 3/8" or less between the frame and the tire on both sides. When I pointed out the issue to dealer, it took 49 weeks from the time it was brought to their attention to the time it was "repair". It's still not quite right.

I've checked other Shasta Travel Trailers that were a different model and there seems to be about 3" between the tires and the frame. Is my unit a lemon that was built on some obscure frame? If anyone could enlighten me on their travel trailer it would be appreciated. Unfortunately, there seems to be very little information on this particular year and model. It's getting extremely frustrating. Thanks in advance.
