Looking for input regarding tires

My 2015 #2604WS came with Constancy 205/75/14 - C tires. Had a blowout after about 15K miles. Although the other 3 tires still look good I plan to replace all 4, but I'm finding objective quality recommendations regarding brand /model choice difficult to find. When I search on the internet I find Goodyear Endurance and a couple of different models by Carlisle, but I don't find other brands that I am familiar with. I've seen references to the Goodyear's on this forum, but I'd welcome some input regarding other choices.

I put on Endurance recently, most will either recommend maxis 8008 or Endurance.

Just finished a 1600 mile trip on new Goodyear endurance tires. Very happy with them. I like the fact I have over 8000lbs of tire capacity on a 6000lb trailer.

Goodyear Endurance (NOT Marathon) Maxxis 8008 and Carlisle HD are the three most recommended ST trailer tires on all the R/V forums I visit.

I'm running Goodyear Endurance for 3+ years and over 10k miles with excellent results.

Think about replacing the spare too!

I went with Goodyear Endurance tires, my neighbor is very thorough in his research and he put them on his TT, so I know they are good. I have yet to use them, head back to GA from MN in a few days.

Love Carlisle but new owner of our coach that went to him with 3 year old tires; one Carlisle and 3 Endurance. SAme miles all and the Carlisle failed. Might have been that darn right rear tire as that was the position of the first and second (oh only tire failures I had). Anyone else notice that maybe we do something that bites that wheel worst?

I think that I am about there for Endurance over others, BUT FORGOT TO MENTION that more important then which of the better brands the OP picks, the important thing affecting my experience has been to UPGRADE Load Rating from C. I went to E and always did better that those on the stupid factory C or factory D tires.

I went with the Carlisle Trail HDs. I agree with 5picker on three most recommended ST trailer tires.

No matter which tire you choose, I'd step up to an E rated tire. No further worries.

I love my Endurance tires. I upgraded to load range E.

Here’s another thought to ponder when deciding on Goodyear Endurance vs the other brands: if, in the off chance that an Endurance fails due to a defect and damages your RV. Take photos of damage, KEEP THE BAD TIRE, Get repair estimate from dealer and then contact Goodyear when you get home. Goodyear will pay for damages to your RV from a defective tire. Not for a tire that has a nail in it and then run flat (that’s on you for not having TPM system keep tabs on your air pressure), but for a tread separation, etc. Good luck on getting any money from Carlisle or Maxxis, etc. Been there, done both.

I run Sailun but don't know if they have your size tire. I would go up one grade at least. Friend has Maxis and likes them.

On rear-wheel drive vehicles, the right rear tire gets beaten up more than the other three. When you are applying a lot of torque, the reaction to the driveshaft torque on the rear axle tends to lift the right wheel off the ground. Making a right turn makes it worse. There's a local shopping center where I have to exit on a steep uphill driveway, making a right turn into the curb lane. The right rear wheel spins unless I enter at a crawl. Spinning the tire is probably hard on it.

Of course, the right rear wheel is also the one that gets run over curbs when making right turns. It could happen a lot with a long coach.

I've had load range "C" China bombs, load range "E" Indonesia bombs, and now I've got 4 new Maxxis load range "E" tires which I hope will be "normal"... Keep in mind most tire problems are "operator error" and if you go up to load range "E", don't forget to replace the valve stems too with "E" compatible stems!

I installed Goodyear Endurance tires (one size larger) after 4 blowouts and over $12,000 damage. If I bought a new unit, I wouldn't take it off the lot until the tires were changed,

Just replaced my Constancy tires with Endurances on the RPOD...noticed a huge difference on the way home and am looking forward to the next trip. I had the tires balanced, but the NTB dealer could not balance the spare. Anyone else have this issue?

I put Endurance Load range E on my 2014 surveyor In 2016 and have been from Mich to Fl 3 times. Love the way my 8200 lb trailer handles at 80 PSI on truck { Michelin E rated} and trailer both.
