Looks like both of those can be used in a valve hole of .453"
and one of them includes two rubber grommets, so it could be used on a .625 valve hole.
One of the first things I ALWAYS do when I get a new trailer of any type is replace the rubber valve stems with all metal versions (like the links above) and then balance the tires.
The actual hole size is not problem it is how the out side is cut to allow a washer. O think the T 428 is the one just wanted to find some one that has actually put thrm on the 14" aluminum rim that Rockwood uses.
