New Tires & Mud Flaps

After putting only 2,500 miles on our stock trailer tires (they were Castle Rock tires) we decided to upgrade to Maxxis tires as so many on this forum have recommended. We feel more confident with these new tires as they get great reviews & carry a heavier load than the Castle Rocks.
Hubby found these mud flaps on Amazon. If anyone is interested they are 'Highland 1007300 Black Heavy Duty Rubber Splash Guard-2 pieces' they measure 12"W x 18"L. They are $15.44 on Amazon and are a perfect fit for our unit. No cutting. Hubby did not use the sheet metal screws provided for installation, but rather drilled his own holes and used bolts, washers, lock washers & nuts. Happy Camping Everyone

Great idea. I haven't thought about that but will look into it now.
