Here's how I'm keeping mine totally off the ground. Those are concrete masonry units, not cinder blocks. You stack them with the cells vertical, just like bricklayers when building 3-4 story buildings with them.

Proper jacking

Old post I know. The manufacturers instructions are to jack up on the frame as close the the shackles as possible. No jacking on the axles or spring plate.
