Question about Brakes on Windjammer

We have a new 3001W Windjammer with ez lube axles and torflex suspension. How do I identify whether I have Dexter's self-adjusting brakes?

Dexter brakes

I just installed Dexter's Self adjusting brakes on my Trailer. I know you have to back up to adjust them. How far & how fast would you have to go. I tried to adjust them on my drive way but not enough room .
