Repeater location, factory installed TST/TP, Geo Pro

Newbie with New 2020 GEO PRO 19FD, delivered with installed TST/TPMS.

Trying to get as familiar as I can with how this thing is put together. it is already very evident that there was not much of a plan for the routing of wiring, plumbing , etc. It doesn't help that I have Science degree and an A-P mechanic mentality.

Anyway, does anyone have an idea where the TST repeater might be located ? I know it is on a DC bus but that is about it.

Thanks, Roger

I'm not familiar with the GeoPro's but my Flagstaff is made in the same factory I believe. If they did it the same it is under the trailer mounted to the frame next to the electrical junction box where the 7 wire harness hooks up to the trailer wires.

On my last two trailers they just used a 4" metal junction box you would find in Home Depot. The repeater has two wires and a red light. This is a picture of it.

TPS repester location

We have a 2020 Flagstaff E-Pro 19FBS. The repeater is mounter on the frame towards the front on the left side. It has a red light that will be illuminated when it has power.

I would be surprised if you need the repeater in that short of a trailer. I would try it without first... different story if you had a 35 footer or pulled a TOAD with the TST installed

Repeater

I would try it w/o the repeater 1st. Pulling 31'total length TT w/ LWB F-350. Links fine w/o repeater.

If you have a wireless thermometer or something else in that frequency range you will need the repeater no matter the distance. Even if you don't who knows if the guy next to you on the freeway does...
