Rockwood 8281ss bumper?

Can anyone tell me if the bumper on this camper is rated for mounting the spare tire.
This 5ver is new to use but had a previous owner. Specs seem to say it came with spare tire bit I don't know if it would have come mounted on the rear bumper.

Most 4" bumpers can handle a spare tire. There are many universal mounts on the market.

Yes it can handle a spare tire. Mine came with one mounted from the dealer.
