Spare tire carrier on Azdel panel

Hi folks

For better weight distribution I want to mount a spare wheel carrier on the rear panel of a Freedom Express 20SE.
I don't want it under the frame as there is enough ground clearance and I can't either use the bumper carrier style because of 0 clearance between bumper and rear panel of the trailer
So solution I'm thinking of is to mount the carrier plate directly onto the rear panel (Azdel) and add another plate inside the trailer. The 15'' tire would then sit just above the bumper , all comments or recommendations about this possible solution are welcome!

Personally unless I could catch a beam between the bolts or bolts going through the beam I would not do it.

With the right temperature. and humidity it is easy to see the beams

Thank you, I want to use an L bracket inside the trailer so I can have it bolted to the floor as well, it's inside the storage compartment under dinette bench ...
