Spring hanger bushing

My fifth wheel trailer squeaks loudly when traveling at low speeds such as in the campground. Probably at hwy speeds also, but just cant hear it. I have greased every hanger bushing until grease flows out, and I have greased the equalizer as well. Its a 2015 model trailer and only has 3-4 thousand miles on it. I haven't noticed other trailers screaching so loudly when maneuvering. Any suggestions? I hate to think I need to replace the bushings so soon. I'm thinking it might be the spring pack moving, but not sure. Tough to diagnose from the drivers seat.
