Steering stabilizer

I've got a class c forester on a 2018 mbs chassis. Is there a recommended steering stabilizer that can be installed to help in the event of a front tire blow-out?

If it helps, there is, or was, at least one article on what to do if you have a front tire blowout. A quick search on Google might help you.

Basically the expert was advising to slightly speed up to maintain you control first, then slow gradually and then find a place to pull over safely.

This is counterintuitive, as most people tend to hit the brakes, which only creates a greater loss of control situation. Not saying it's always a disastrous situation by reacting this way but it could lead to a worse situation
