suspension problem in Palomino hybrid 17ft

We took the trailer in for bearings/brake work this morning, and the mechanic indicated that the suspension was shot on the right side, and it was not fixable. is it really not fixable??

Waiting to hear back from our local RV Depot. But any advice would be great. Can I drive it like this? it's clear that the right side of the trailer is an inch or so lower than the left.

A picture would certainly help or a more comprehensive description of what is wrong.

I'll post a picture once back from the garage.
Its an AL-KO independant rubber suspension type.

Basically, the right hand side droops 2 inches lower than the left. I thought that this types of suspension was almost indestructible?
