Tire Pressure
So many posts on this subject, I think I know the answer but thought I would ask. Yesterday pulled the wheel covers off rear axle and he tire pressure on both outside tires was 82 psi, the inside was 92. I took deliver late last year and this is the first time I checked outside tire pressure because I did not have a pressure gauge to check outside tire, now I know how easy it is to pull off simulator covers to check outside tire pressure. I read so many posts about what I the pressure to set tires I just went with 92 psi all the way around which is what is on the plaque behind drivers seat.
Do you think that the pressure was set at this on purpose? If so, it doesn't make sense because the outside tires would pick up more of the weight, putting more stress on them. As I said I think I know the answer, it wasn't done on purpose, I just thought I would throw it out.
Thanks
