tires

I have a four year old Forest River Wildwood ultra lite bunkhouse. I noticed a poor tire tread situation on the left rear tire, it was worn significantly on the inside. The other tires looked ok. Is this a balanced load problem, or alignment? Has anyone else experienced this problem.

Also, I put the spare tire on that location and I had a major blow out within 300 miles. That spare was blown out on the treads, not on the sidewall. I checked the tire pressure just before taking off.

Any advise, suggestions, similar experiences would be appreciated.

What brand are the tires? Four years is close to aged out anyway. A pic would be helpful for more info.

The spare tire will age faster than a tire being used. The spare tire has NOT been exercised or flexed for 4 yrs.

To compare I had a pair of expensive hiking boots I only used will snow blowing. Rarely Used. When I kneeled of the ground to tie my boot laces the soles split.
I was disappointed

Actually this looks like typical wear for a Castle Rock. Consider it a lesson learned.
