Trailair kingpin upgrade

I wanted to share my amazement at the ride quality improvement after I installed a Trailair air cushioned kingpin. We just completed a 2 week trip from Central Illinois to Florida and this kingpin is the best upgrade I've ever done. I tow with a 2012 6.7 F350 SRW with airbags to level the truck (33 psi). Our camper is a Coachman Chaparral 360IBL. I was worried the double airbag setup (truck & kingpin) would create too much bounce. In fact, it is completely opposite. My truck Blisten shocks combined with the one on the Trailair kingpin made the camper and truck float like a Lincoln Towncar. No more slams, hard bumps, or bouncing. The trailair bag is about 60 psi.

This is absolutely the best upgrade I've ever done. I purchased the kingpin from etrailer, which has been awesome to work with over the years.

Major upgrades:
* Front AC (Mach 8 polar cub)
* Slide out covers
* Electric over Hydraulic disk brakes
* Added shocks to camper axle (couldn't do rear due to slide outs)
* Trailair kingpin.

We had the same experience 18 months ago after installing the Trailair on our 11k lb 5er. But I'm curious to know how the slide prevented shock mount installation. Where was your clearance problem? We had to remove the dust covers on the rear shocks to clear the slide mechanism. Maybe pics would help, good luck with the project.
