FYI, I contacted Forest River. They were very helpful. These wires are the power supply for the electric brakes. The wiring with the black loom is the wiring for for the brakes. Even though it appears these power wires aren’t hooked up, FR assured me they are and since my brakes work, I’m happy. Thanks to all of you for your replies.
