We have a 2006 Cardinal 5ver. The Forest River document and brochure says that they equip our unit with a 72X80 RV King mattress. Well we went to purchase a mattress so I measured to be sure. The mattress in our unit is only 78" so an 80" will not fit because when you slide in the slide out it goes against a cabinet and the extra 2" will not fit. We have not found a manufacture that makes a 78" mattress.
Question, why did Forest River falsely advertise the size
Does anyone know where we can get a mattress that is 78"
Information in the brochure does not apply to all models advertised. Also the brochure does not cover all the mid year changes which happen several times during the model year of some models.
