2016 3875FB rear a/c Dometic control

On the above unit, which also has a heat pump, the thermostat on the all was 'dead' this morning. I tried the +/- reset to no avail. It doesn't appear to have any power coming to it. Any ideas?

thermostat

When I talked to Dometic about upgrading my thermostat, they said that you had to replace the control board in the unit so I would assume that all the power would come from the unit itself. Sorry I don't have a better answer..
