Antenna Booster

I have a 2015 Cardinal with rear living. It also has a King Jack antenna in the bedroom. I have turned off the King Jack inside but I still cannot receive cable from my connection in the park. The TV in the living area comes out of the cabinet. Does anyone have an idea where the booster switch would be?

welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Look at the wall plate where the main cable in the living room comes out and there may be a very small push pin to turn the booster on and off. good luck

Look for a switch plate near the TV like this style with a small button and a smaller LED light beside it.

What SeaDog said, on most there is a button you push in and a red light which will be lit if the Booster is on. It looks like this https://www.amazon.com/King-Controls...703317839&th=1

If the booster is on you should still get a park cable signal but it will be fuzzy. If you're not getting any signal I would first check to make sure you're getting a good signal from the campground connectors by running a line direct from the campground hook up to your TV. If that works you likely have a bad coax connection somewhere in your RV.

we have a 2015 cardinal but with a front living room so obviously the wiring will be different.

some things:

look for the antenna booster behind one of the tv's. my guess is it will be in the bedroom behind the bedroom tv.

also, on ours there are three different coax jacks in the wet bay. make sure you are connecting to the one that is designed for the park cable. on ours it is the one that is a single jack but your may be different.

are you running a channel scan on the tv's when you switch from over the air to park cable?

You may need to remove the panel in the wet bay to get to the connections behind it. My new 2017 3850RL cable didn't work either. In my case there was a bad end on the coax that I replaced, but have read where others weren't even connected, or connected to wrong outlet.

We have 2015 3850rl. We have two cable inputs in our wet bay. One labeled satellite one no label. Our Park cable only works with the unlabeled one. Our booster is located in the small cabinet next to the tv in the master bedroom.
