Has Any One Used FlexSeal?
I found out last night during a thunderstorm that the skylight above my shower has several spots that has spiderweb cracks and is leaking. I have a can of paint on FlexSeal could I use this instead or replacing the skylight itself?

If you check the Flex Seal website and click on each item you will see the disclaimer for Temporary Repairs only.

I just used it. After waiting awhile, I went back to check on it and it did not stick. I used Eternabond and as of now still sticking. Put it around my backup camera.

Flez Seal
I have used Flex Seal clear in the spray can on leak in slide out. Stopped the leak and didn't return as long as I had the MH - 4 or 5 years after using.

Great product
Yes, we had a leak snd used Flexsesl. Works like a charm. The leak was on the right hand corner of the cab if our Class C Forest River MBS. I thought my husband was nuts to use it; however, he decided to try it, snd one yesr later, no more leak. Yes, use it.

I sprayed some pinhole leaks in a small duck boat and it lasted the entire season including some short drags over gravel.

Repair the problem right the first time, if you don’t, it will return.

I used it for the last time
I used it on my gutters on my home. My corner joints was leaking so I cleaned and scrubbed them real good so it would have good clean foundation to adhere to. It worked good for a while and when winter set in and it got cold,( below freezing) the seal let go and they all started leaking again. Now I have to get up there and some how clean the flex seal out and use gutter caulking that I should have used it the first place. I guess if you want to make a boat out of a screen door , then use it !!!

FlexSeal failed
I used it in a few places. It failed to seal. I threw out what was left and made a mental note to never try it again. It was applied as directed to seal rain gutters. Total failure.

I used the FlexTape to successfully patch tears in the roof as a result of storm damage from tree limbs. It worked well, but I ended up getting the entire roof replaced through my insurance.

It would be nice if the guy in those commercials went out and uses his boat (or any other repairs) 2 or 3 months later. See how his boat really stands up
