I am looking at a 2010 3652 model it has heated tank option but not sure if it is just on the grey and black tank or if the fresh water tank is heated also
Sorry Turbs...I can't agree. Unless the fresh water tank is located in a heated area of the camper, it will have 12V heater pads on it too...same as the gray and black tanks. If the camper has a heated underbelly that's ducted from the furnace, the fresh water tank would be protected also.
At what temperature do you turn on the heat for the tanks?

Kind of depends.
When I "had" heated tanks I didn't turn them on till I knew it was going to be 32 or less for a sustainable amount of time.
Never really used them much but one time when it got down to 25 for 10 hours.

Agreed. Not worth worrying about until it gets down to the conditions you describe.
Our Flagstaff all tanks have heat blankets and valves are heated too....along with duct heat to basement.....and heat duct pipe runs thru floor.....unless you live in the tropics I would have a heating package like the flagstaff...this year being such a bad winter even in the south saw on several occasions where black water valve could not be opened due to freeze and oh boy you can imagine the problems that followed....again thank you FLAGSTAFF FOR ALL OF YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.....and thank you for standing behind them.........
