Exclamation Help! 2017 Galley tank drain??

Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum. We just bought a 2017 Cardinal 3875FB 5th wheel. It's a great RV, with 2 bathrooms and even a dishwasher, EXCEPT we don't know how to drain the galley tank, which reads FULL on the meter.

On the driver's side there are 2 sewer hookups, one of which has a black handle connected to a "Gate" just before the opening. On the large pipe that runs along the side, there are two more handles to pull, both kind of a chrome color. On the panel above where you plug in the fresh water, there are two more handles, one gray & one black, and just above them, the previous owner has written "Small Bathroom Drain" on a piece of masking tape.

We've pulled all the handles, successfully drained the front & center black water tanks, and also at least two gray water tanks, but the galley tank meter still reads totally full.

I've read a bunch of threads and found people giving various suggestions about how you pull a magic handle and the galley tank drains into the main gray water tank, but after searching every square foot of the underside of the RV, we haven't found the magic handle.

Does anyone have a setup like this? It's crazy! The place that sold us the RV did not have an owners manual, and the 2017 manuals we've found online are pretty generic and useless.

Right now we are not using the water in the kitchen because we have no idea how to drain the galley tank. Please help!!!

It might just be that the indicator lights / sensors are clogged so they stay on. You’ve mentioned 4 holding tanks, 2 black and 2 grey. It’s hard to believe that there would be any more. But that is just a guess, not a fact. Do you have a clear elbow on the sewer hose. Open the two grey tanks and run some water down the kitchen sink. See if it is dating out the sewer hose. If so it’s just the indicator lights staying on.

It's not uncommon for the galley gauge to read full all the time. What happens is soap residue coats the tank and sensors. Do you know the tank is actually full? Like standing water in the sink?
