Help with cable on 17 3825fl

I’m having more issues lol! Just got setup at campground, hooked up cable wire and no cable inside. Did auto scan on all 3 TVs and nothing works. Any suggestions?

Did you turn OFF the OTA antenna booster/amplifier? Cable won't work with it on.

^^^ that first. The booster is usually a small white plate that the cable plugs into. The button has to be “out” and the green light OFF.

The scan for the TV has to be done as “cable” and not antenna.

And lastly, if that doesn’t work- run a cable straight to the back of a TV.

Does that work?

If not, the problem is likely with the campground.

If so, then we can look more at the camper (specifically- connect the cable to the SAT connection(s) and try again).

I had to pull off the panel in the storage compartment to see that the cable line was not even connected.

My old Cardinal and my brand new Arctic Fox replacement both had the outside connections for satellite and cable reversed. Try the other connector and see what happens.
