Well looks like we have similar setups so I have the super-glide on order as well since my truck has the standard bed. Let us know how it pulls and handles, congrats on the new camper!

Protect what you cannot see or control :
* tire pressure monitoring system
* Progressive Lifetime warranty surge protection system.
Spend $700 now and be worry free or spend more later after a blown tire or electrical pedestal issue.

Good info, I was already looking at the tire monitoring system never thought about the warranty. Is there a link to that protection system?
Thanks for helping the newbie!

Link info Surge Protector
The web site you are looking for is:
www.progressiveindustries.net
Once there, click "products".
If you see the comments on many sites, Progressive is far superior to the competitor: Surge Guard. ( no lifetime warranty ),
Be sure you seek info on the protectors vs a guard. Only the more expensive units cover things like open neutral, etc.

I JUST ordered the 50 amp from "Phil" at TechnoRV - The RV Technology Specialists ... with the best service!
His phone # is: 503.336.1478 or
574.320.3911
It is Phil's company. He hired a rep last yr to represent products at The Rally. I almost bought a hard wired version but could not find
anyone to install it.
I ordered yesterday and it was shipped this morning via UPS from the Indiana warehouse. Techno is in Beaver, Oregon so be aware of the time zone when calling.
He sells with no sales tax and free shipping.

Well the time has arrived to pick-up our new 2016 3850RL Cardinal today and I am on pins and needles to hook to that big boy! Got a lot to learn but I am sure that after I get it parked the first time and leveled-up I will start taking full breaths again.

That is a nice rig. Happy Camping. We have had ours since Sept.2014. We have camped in it almost 30 days so far. I love our Cardinal!!!

I really like the color of your 3850 Salmon1. We are planning a trip soon just waiting on DW time off plans. Pulling home Saturday our units were so smooth together both in appearance and connection to each other. The super-glide hitch is really nice!
