Possible causes: 1. Tank empty 2. Tank not turned on 3. Tank turned on too fast and safety valve activated. 4. Still have air in the lines that need to be bled out. 5. Bad regulator 6. Kink in the flexible hose.

If you just filled the tanks, you may neede to bleed the air through the lines before th epropane ignites.

hello r barker, welcome to the forum.

Have you ever had anything on your unit work in the propane mode ? How long have you had this unit and not used it? Turn one of the propane tanks on. Make sure that the lever is pointing to that tank. you will have air in the lines if not used for a week or so. turn on a stove burner and let a minute or two pass, while you have a lighter in hand to light the burner that is 'on'. Try to light it every 5 seconds after a minutes time of waiting. Do you 'hear' 'air' coming through the the stove burner? If not, then something is not right at the propane tank.

I have changed both of the flexible hoses because of no flow. They have a check valve in them that goes bad. There is also an excess flow device in each propane tank. If the system is empty when you turn the tanks on the excess flow valve will activate. After the pressure has filled the lines you can turn the tanks off for a second then turn them back on. This will usually reset the excess flow valves. If this doesn't work it is probably the flex hoses.
