No it shouldn't be a problem your hitch head tilts.

A problem is when it angles down like the TrailAir like I have. It makes it difficult to un-hitch. What I have to do is barely drop the front landing gear and then pull the truck away and of course it then springs up. You can get in spots that make it very difficult to pull out from under it.

Moral of the story is you have a better setup that way.

My first question would be has your PIN box always been angled upwards?

If it's started to angle upwards and never was before then yes I would be a little concerned because something is making it start pointing up. Probably not even remotely similar to your situation but we recently had some issues with our fifth wheel. During the process of figuring out what was wrong we removed the pin box and found that Forest River used half inch bolts that were grade 5 in a 1 inch hole on the bracket for the pin. Needless to say the bolts were able to bend and because they were a half inch smaller than they should probably have been they were able to move so the whole pin was able to shift within the bracket.

It should not look like that, and yes it could be a problem as it may indicate that the mounting hardware is loose. If someone hangs on it, does it move back down? If you look closely around the mounting bracket and the bolts, inside and out, can you see indications of movement where paint has been rubbed/scuffed or metal has been polished or scratched?

first thing I would do is look at pictures of other (what is your RV?) and see if they look the same.

Looking at the damage to your nose of the trailer, did you drop it off the hitch? Angled like that is not something I have ever seen before. Either the hitch is loose, or something is broken where the pinbox connects to the frame, or the frame itself.

Don't think we have the whole story here. What caused the damage? Has the hitch always been that way?
If you can't tell or don't already know what is causing the hitch angle, call someone qualified to gain access to frame and evaluate what is going on.
Then go from there.

I think we all agree some accident type of event happened to the RV. Hitch angle probably related to the damage on the front cap, but that is just a guess. The best thing for the OP to do is call his insurance and let the adjustor evaluate it.

Pin box has upward angle

My Wildcat did that and worse on a trip home from the lake. The 2”x8” metal beams surrounding my pin box tore - some completely through. A major front-cap-off welding job was required - mostly covered by my extended service contract.Click image for larger version

I'm no expert but that doesn't look right. Did someone change the angle trying to change your nose high position? You need to get a pro to examine it.

response to pin box

I don't want to get to wordy about this but what has happened is that your upper deck has structural defect. I just went through this this summer replacing my upper deck. If you want to discuss please reach out via private messenger
