Shower leaks

We purchased a new 3875 Cardinal , 2017.
We love it except for one problem.
The shower doors were installed backwards.
When in shower facing the shower head the water runs in between the three sliding doors. The doors overlap each other about 3 inches or so but the overlap is facing the flow of water. So the water runs into the overlap and onto the floor. The dealers service dept insisted the was proper.
No matter what I did or said they would not correct the problem.
Forrest river said to get it fixed and they would pay all cost.
Have you ever tried to get a dealer to fix something they didnt sell ??
Bob Hurley RV, Tulsa ,OK. Wouldn't fix it peroid. Yes they sold it to us.

I guess that is the only way it will be fixed.
Dont you think the selling dealer would have listened to that very thing I told him ?
We just hung a shower curtain.
Beware of Bob Hurley RV in Tulsa, Ok.

From my experience and what I have read dealers can be a pain when it comes to repairing campers. I got aggravated everytime I called my dealer so I chose to do the repair myself. Sorry you've had this issue. Depending on how handy you are it's only a 10 minute job to switch you doors around to slide the correct way. I would suggest that you spray water around the frame to make sure it's not leaking there also. If so re silicone

Mine leaked too on first use of the shower. I caulked the entire shower and its been fine since. Sad that it is such a common problem.

I will remove the doors when we get to our winter quarters.
It looks like the fram will need to come out because the doors wont just lift off the trak. But I can do it.
Thanks for all your imputs.

It is not reversed . We have a 30-30 for 4 yrs and that is how the doors go. Check to see if you have plastic slides going the length of the forward edges, that is what keeps the water in. We have had no problem with leakage.

Yes we have the plastic between the doors. But the doors bow out . I see what you mean but its not a tight seal at all.
Its almost as though the doors are two long .
Yes Im frustrated. Maybe I should just leave it alone and be happy with just keep useing the curtain.

They definitely shouldn't be bowing. The upper track could probably be raised slightly to take pressure off the glass.

We had the same problem they had to turn the stall around so it would drain back into the drain. Unbelievable they install it backwards.

Shower doors now fixed. We had to remove the middle door. To do this we 1st remover the slider stops on all doors. This was not easy because we were not sure what we were getting into. Next remover left upper frame. Then we could remove middle door.
Now we reverced the rollers. Reinstalled middle door.
Now the doors overlap inside the shower the way they should.
Its very hard to believe Forest River could not have done this correctly.
But this old wore out truck driver got er done.
