Slide roof sagging

My main slide is starting to sag at the top in the middle, right now about 1 1/2 inches. Has anyone run into this and is there a cure? It is a 2011 Cardinal 3450 RL. Thanks.

Try calling Cardinal Warranty about it that slide may be a build failure.
