Had that in our previous trailer...exactly as you describe...it definitely comes from the underside and not the rubber seals. Dealer told me it can sometimes take an entire can of lube to get rid of the squeaking...says most people are not putting enough to get rid of it??? Also a while back in another thread here, someone mentioned having to remove the underbelly covering in order to access parts to lube.
