Towing a 2014 Cardinal 3727RE

Anyone out there towing this trailer with a 2008 Ford F-250 twin turbo power stroke with a 6.4 diesel???

Pulled my 2006 Cardinal with a F250. Not sure about the power stroke or diesel part though.

My Hathaway 2018 34 RE is very similar however the hitch weight is #700 heavier on yours.

Our Ram hd has a payload of #2200. I added a set of Timbren overloads. It tows well for the last .30,000 miles or so. As the truck is 4wd it has a heavier rear end than others.

So we are under all numbers except the DMV payload.

I suspect you might be in a similar situation.

The bigger Cardinals are often pulled by dually’s.

What is DMV payload manufacturer set payload and I have yet to see it enforced by DOT
