trailer hitch

Hi all new member here . I have done a search and cant find the answer. I have a 2011 cardinal 3450rl. I would like to add a hitch on the rear to pull a double jet ski trailer total weight about 2250 with about 200 on the tongue. Under the rear of the 5th wheel is two l shaped brackets with holes in . My assumption is those are for either a bumper or can be used for a hitch. Does anyone know if this will work ?

Not knowing the camper I’d call the manufacturer and ask this same question.
