Where is the converter? (SOLVED)
Does anyone know where the converter is in a 2020 Cardinal Limited 319RKLE? I pulled the circuit breaker panel thinking the converter was behind it but there's just a heavy gauge wire labeled "CONV".

There's no fan. Just the circuit breakers and the 12v fuses. I didn't look behind the fuses, just the breakers

Can you post a pic of your electric panel with the door open and the door closed.
Many WFCO brand converters are at the bottom of the electric panel, but you have to unbolt the cover itself to access. What the community is asking for about a fan, is if there is louvered vents at the bottom of your electric panel cover, the converter may be there and a fan is going to be there also...but not just something obvious.
Pics and or telling us what electric center you have (tag inside the door cover of the RV electric panel, may have this info)
Here is just one example: See the air holes at the bottom of the cover. The converter and fan will be behind that part.

My converter is mounted separately behind my power panel.

This maybe an option. Disconnect shore power and turn on a bunch of lights for an hour to drain battery down. Hook back up to shore power and listen for the fan.

The converter isn't working so the fan may not be operating.

Good point. How about directly behind shore power connection?

If this is a 5th wheel RV, many times the converter can be found actually inside, or behind a panel in the front pass thru storage compartment.

X2
In my Cedar Creek, the converter is connected to the 12v fuse panel by heavy guage wire (also marked converter + & -) but is located about 16" behind the power distribution box and more easily accessible by removing an access panel in the pass through storage than it is from the power distribution box.

I'll look but the power distribution box is in the very back of the RV and the passthru storage is near the front.

It looks like it's under the stairs with an access in the pass thru storage. There's a rectangular metal plate and I removed all of the screws but it doesn't want to come off. There's a circular black sticker in the center which I pulled off but can't tell if it's a fastener or, if it is, what type it is.

Where the panel likely is
One of the pictures shows the two covers, one for the fuses and one for the circuit breakers.
Unscrew and remove the cover of the circuit breaker panel. Below the breakers you will likely see a "deck-mounted" converter. That is, an open printed circuit board with two fans, several big electrolytic capacitors, and a big finned aluminum heat sink with several power transistors mounted on it. That's it, and you can get a replacement that looks the same.
But before you do, check the circuit breaker labeled CONV, and also check the two fuses labelled "Reverse Polarity." These two causes will prevent 12v from being provided.
