2018 370FE Furnace

we have a Shasta Phoenix 370FE and after using it all winter I noticed that there is a lot of heat being trapped under the kitchen sink in the cabinet. we have left the the door open so the heat escapes but that is not always a option. Has anyone done any modifications to the doors to help with this? Also have started to notice that the wallpaper behind the counter-top is starting to peal and i feel this is because of the heat trapped in the compartment.. Anyone else notice this
