2018 Shasta oasis 18bh battery disconnect

I was just given an 2018 Shasta oasis 18bh. Everything works great when plugged in but I’m not getting a charge from the converter in my battery and I have no 12v when not plugged in so I am guessing there’s a battery disconnect I can’t find. Can anyone point me to where it is or should be please

plug in shore power
make sure breakers are ON..
Do any of your 120v appliances work?

CONVERTER when it is on ... should power your trailer's 12v system ... no battery is required
Trailer inside lights and water pump are usually 12v do they work when converter is ON?

once you establish 120v and converter is working
check the battery disconnect switch and any 12v breakers on the frame near the battery..
You may have to crawl under the tongue area of the frame ... follow the battery positive cable .. it will go to the disconnect and then to the small square(ish) shaped breaker.

NO 120v ... check the breakers in the pedestal/garage /house

Use multi meter to confirm power is at the power cord end that connects to trailer
then to the Breaker box .

Thank you but I’m not sure you actually read my post. Converter is working when plugged in. But when I am disconnected from shore power I get no 12v from the battery. So I asked where the battery disconnect is located as I think that is the issue I just can’t find it in this one and it is likely right in front of my face but either way if done can say mine is located here that would help
