2020 Shasta 260TH - Water pump circuit/converter issues

HI all. I'm new to the RV life. Picked up a new 260TH a few weeks ago. Have had two outings so far. This past weekend, the water pump worked fine. I was stationary in my site. However, mid day, I noticed no water and a blown 15A fuse in the WFCO8955 converter. Replaced said fuse and once I flipped the water pump switch, the fuse blew immediately. Any ideas? I unhooked the water pump and the fuse continued to blow. No apparent shorts. Everything appeared fine under the control switch panel. Is this a converter issue or something else? Oh, the fuse blows whether on battery power or with generator. Thanks for any help!
