Well we pulled the trigger and upgrade our brakes to Electric Over Hydraulic (EOH) brakes with oil baths. Which means I never have to adjust another drum brake nor grease the axles. Well worth the money!! And the best part was installation was free!!! Video to be release in a couple of weeks at etrailer.com

Yes but that's better then greasing the axles and repacking bearings... Should never have to add oil but maybe once a year, if not every 2 years, depending if a seal were to start leaking, then that would need to be addressed.
