No hot water (SOLVED)

I de winterized my camper at home and I had hot water when I tested everything, now on our first trip we have no hot water. When we turn the faucet on, the water is real hot for 5 seconds or so then it goes warm then cold. What could be causing this?

I have a '11 revere 27bh.

Cold showers aren't that fun. Lol

Id check the bypass valves first. Its easy to nite have them in the right position and get Luke warm water.

That's what happened, I closed the valve and hot water.
