rotate propane regulator

Hello, everyone. Newbie, here. We have a 2015 re-issue 16' Airflyte. I know nothing about propane regulators. I wonder if there's a top and bottom to them. As you can see from the image, there's a kink in our propane hose. I wonder if it's ok if I rotate the regulator 180 degrees. Does anyone know?
Thank you!
Cway

Thanks, Decon. I guess attaching a file didn't work, so I updated my original post with an image.

I would try to reroute hose. Don’t know if you can mount regulator upside down.

Make sure it doesn't have a vent on the bottom.

Your problem is not going to be solved by rotating your regulator. You need a longer hose so you don't have such a sharp bend.

Just disconnect the hose and add a 90D street ell.
