Your camper most likely has torsion suspension (rather than leaf springs). I don't know much about how or if they can be adjusted.
I'd crawl underneath and check out the mounting brackets (close to each wheel) just to see if both sides appear to be installed the same.

However it appears to me that the Dexter Torflex (Std. equipment on 2016s) is not adjustable. It looks like the end caps are not removable as in the 1st video. https://youtu.be/MzDW1OUbmHc
So if it is indeed not level and you have a Torflex axel, there must be an installation issue or when they strapped it to the truck for delivery they torqued it down so hard something broke.
If you have a Forest River brochure for your model it probably specifies the axel mfg. Or you could crawl underneath.
