I crawled under mine and use 2 tubes of clear paintable silicon caulking, did all the outside edges where the wood meets the lower body.
Used about 8 cans of rubberized undercoating from auto parts store.
You can get a cheaper price if you buy it in bulk, multi cans from the internet stores.

I was painting the metal structural supports under my 2019 214HW and as I came out under the rear Of the camper I noticed moss growing out of the bottom of the OSB floor where the rear trim panel joins the rear and the bottom. Further close inspection showed the silicone caulk that was supposed to be at the top of the trim panel was not even touching it.
Lesson learned-INSPECT all trim for proper caulking as well as old caulk that needs to be replaced.
I scraped all the moss off, made sure the floor was totally dry and sprayed rubberized undercoating on the OSB after removing the silicone and replacing it with no leveling Dicor.

Dont coat the floor as it needs to breath, if you coat it with anything it will rot. If its already soft its on its way out, coating wont help.
