A122BH - outdoor propane line regulated?

Hello, im using an outdoor griddle that runs off one pounder camping propane bottles

I got an RV to 1 pounder hose that i’ve connected to the griddles refulator, but i noticed the flame is higher/ stronger off the one pound bottle

Is the outdoor line already regulated and im double regulating?

Yes. You must remove the regulator from your griddle and adapt whatever you’re left with to connect to the hose.

I once had a Weber Q that I wanted to be able to use for both the low pressure RV hookup and bottled propane. I removed the regulator from the Weber and installed a tee with a quick connect on the side of the tee and the original Weber regulator and LP bottle connection on the end of the tee. There was no need to install any gas cocks or any sort of bypass doing it this way.
