A214hw parts

We just finished our first camping trip with our new A214hw, we were missing some parts , i.e. Shower curtain rings , none also one of the front running light covers came off on the way home , called the dealership Albany Rv in upstate NY for the last 5 days no response , awful dealership any one have any ideas where I can buy these parts ?

My dealership is the same way, If you want to buy a trailer they are all over you but on warrants issues its a ghost town. Go straight to Forest River as I had to to get things done.
