Thanks for the feedback on a "sound deadening / directing / weather shielding" box for the generator and the Genshed. I'll check it out. I'm going to buy the generator and take it camping and decide if I even need a box like this.
We like camping in the state parks in NH. There is almost always a direction from your campsite that points into the woods. I've been thinking about the air intake and heat buildup. Interesting point about echos and vibration amplification.
If I make a box it will be simple particle board. I will put a Bluetooth BBQ temp probe inside the first time I use it to monitor temperature. The aspiration question is harder to sort out.
I'll let the forum know how this turns out.
