Cool Cat vent flaps

I have a 2012 Rockwood A122bh hardside pop up. I notice when the Cool Cat heat pump is running that two of the three round vents do not stay open. When I manually open then, they automatically close with the pressure from the blowing heat. The third vent stays open with no problem. I have checked the plastic gears and the teeth do not appear worn. Any suggestions or ideas, has anyone else experienced this problem?

Haven't noticed it on my T21TBHW. Maybe when it warms up I'll try it out again.
