Dometic ac problem

Was hoping to trouble shoot before I call for repair. On our first trip out and the thermostat on the Dometic a/c isn't working right. The display is flashing and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

It's most likely going to have to be replaced, but have you tried to remove all power, 12 & 120 volts and see if it clears up?

Is it showing any error codes, or just flashing the display?

It's tough to tell what it's reading - looks like an E and maybe I. I'll unplug everything and see if that works.

Ugh if it has to be replaced... This is the maiden voyage!

Remove both 12 and 120 volt power and see if that resets it. Maybe that'll work and you won't have to take for service.

When we picked up our A frame the deal show us how to reset the controller. It was either the power ( sel) button and the + or the - at the same time.
I would also try removing the power.

Thanks for the help and suggestions. I called the dealer yesterday and they talked me through all the resets which didn't work. Disconnecting the power didn't work either, so making an appointment when we get home. I'm just really glad I picked up a space heater at target on a whim!
