Forest River T12RS Flagstaff 2011

The inside wood in the back of our trailer is completely rotted and the bar that connects to the roof pierced through the fiberglass on the outside of the trailer.
We have completely taken out the bed area and back wall, everything is completely rotted out. We need to remove the roof to take the stress off the back of the trailer to replace all of the wood. the metal bar is one piece that connects to the roof and through the top of a piece of wood down the inside of the back wall. We probably have to replace the floor under this area also.

Anyone know the best way to handle this? The roof is in two pieces that are connected with a bungee type of strap. It is very heavy. Not sure how to proceed.

Any suggestions?
Much appreciated.
