Front Cargo Storage Wet

I have a Flagstaff A frame with the front cargo storage area. When driving through rain I find that this space is wet when I get to my destination. I have tightened down the clamps on the front as far as they will go, checked the rubber seals, I even added additional caulk around the side access doors and other seams. I canít figure out how water is getting in there. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

Check where the compartment fastens to the inside of the wall. I've had gaps there that I had to caulk. Not easy especially if it's a small access door.

I've had to recaulk the frame of one of my access doors as that's where water came in through mine.
