Bentbev, this unit doesn't have a reserve. It pulls from the fresh water tank or city water supply. I like that.

bentbev’s instructions are exactly right. I have a 2017 T21DMHW. It took me a while to figure it out. Manually pour water into that reservoir where it swivels out. Manually pour water or fill slowly with garden hose. It holds a few gallons of water. Fill and notice the sight glass reach full. You will then have water to your toilet. Be cautious and make sure freezing temperatures are over with in your part of the country. Here in Missouri it’s still cold.

Jim, The T21TBHW uses either water from the onboard freshwater or city water. The OP never did say what model year he has. But my 2017 is like that.

A picture of what exactly? The toilet or water supply hose/line?

I can now see that my 2017 T21TBHW unit’s flush water works differently than yours. I hope you get your issue resolved. Here are pics of my toilet’s reservoir fill for flush water in case someone else out there is unaware and has this model.Click image for larger version

My camper is T21TBHW Highwall 2018. The Thetford manual is useless. Does not talk about anything except how to remove the casette. From what I have read the unit in the camper is a C223-S thetford toilet.

Mine is the same as Monty's I believe. A C200 CS.

I suspect yours is a newer version.

Looks like the changed the cassette water lines as-well-as the cassette model from 2017 to 2018.
