How to handle driveways with grades -
Many driveways have grades, or slight hills at their bases, and that can
be a problem for ground clearance at the rear stabilizer jacks of the camper.
Has anybody found a solution to enable going in and out of those driveways
without scraping the rear scissors jacks?

A couple of things you might try. Approach the driveway at an angle this will help prevent scraping. The other would be to place a couple of 1"x4"x1' under your wheels when you are at the point that you might scrape.

A temporary ramp made from layered deck boards behind the wheels at the driveway entrance can get you over the hump, so to speak. Pain though it may be. I like deck boards because they are wide and it is harder to accidentally fall off the side. Cut the edges at an angle to help rolling on and off.

If you are using a WDH, take the bars off so the tongue drops. If that doesn’t give enough clearance, I’d try approaching at an angle and using boards, in that order.

According to my truck, my driveway's at a 3% grade. Thankfully, it's double-wide, so I try to get the trailer to enter on about a 45° until all 4 wheels are up on the cement. With the TT it was the stabs I had to watch, and I still scrapped a few times if I didn't get it perfect. With the fiver, it's the rear steps.

I think you have only a single axle... next time swapping tires see if there is a larger size you can put on and still maintain enough clearance at the top of the tire,,,

They sell a part called Save A Jack. Makes it possible to remove the jacks for travel and easily slide on when setting up. No more dragging the jacks on streets or driveways. I use them on my trailer!

Our trailer has a heavy duty caster welded on each back corner. I think they were put on to allow for ferry ramps, but they have hit pulling into the odd service station.

All the suggestions above.
If it's your own home base driveway, then a permanent solution from one of the above.
If it's a driveway that you encounter while on the road, you should take a tip from off road enthusiasts and walk/check out before driving into a bad situation. Case in point: I was on a mountain road at night and asked someone for directions. The "advice giver" said to hug the mountain on the left side and I should be fine. Came to a slight uphill where I couldn't see past the rise so walked it first. It was a cliff.

Don’t know anything about an A frame. My previous TT had metal casters on the back. Later we had the axle “flipped” to bottom side of leaf springs. This gave us an extra 3-4 inch clearance. Not sure I used the correct verbiage in describing that.

If its your drive or a problem you face on a regular basis add bracing and skid/drag wheels to that bracing on the frame so the unit temporarily shift to those skid wheels.
