Indoor Water Use

I bought my camper new earlier this year and have not touched the water system. I find it unnecessary and too much of a hassle to use water in the camper.

Will it hurt anything (anti-freeze still in tank) to leave it the way it came or should I empty the anti-freeze and refill or even just leave it empty?

Does anyone else not use the water system in the camper?

I have camped 16 days this year and did not miss water in the camper.

If you did not run any water then I suggest you leave it as is.

Come spring I would flush every line just to keep it clean and then run water now and then to keep algae from growing.
You could use some bleach if you wish.

I carry an aquatainer of water for general usage, I carry a case of bottled water for me & the dogs & fill the water tank on the trailer about 1/2 (depending where I am going, sometimes not at all). The water on board has come in handy for the dogs' needs - spraying them down to cool them off on hot summer days, using the outdoor shower sprayer to clean any of their soiled bedding (yuk) or my clothes if too dirty/smelly from day of activities to want to pack in dirty clothes bag. I wash dishes in a tub or sometimea in the sink - all depending if I am alone or DH accompanies me. The water on board is a great option that I am glad I have, even if I dont use it every trip. Great to hear youre enjoying lots of use in your A-Frame!
